Santoku Knife - 6 5/8" blade. Wasabi Black Series. Daido 1K6 high-carbon stainless blade with brushed finish. Blade is embellished with the Japanese characters for "wasabi". Smooth black polypropylene handles blended with real bamboo powder and impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent growth of bacteria for super clean food preparation. Dishwasher safe.
