The M2 Backup fixed blade from Alex Weese of Alexander Knives is our kind of knife. It's much more than its name would suggest as we see it making a great utility EDC and hunting knife in addition to protecting your life. It's a strong, simple design with non-removable scales that are contoured for comfort and to ensure they are snag-free. The dual finger grooves supply a strong forward grip while the curved shape and thumb ramp are perfect for a reverse grip. The addition of the swedge allows for better penetration and the high hollow grind makes for a nice sharp cutting edge. This is a workhorse knife that at the price is almost a no-brainer and we highly suggest you give it a shot.
