This Japanese Santoku kitchen knife Tsubazo is equipped with a sharpened blade of stainless Daido 1K6 steel in hammered look on both sides. Thanks to its oval shape, the handle made of pakka wood with plastic clip is easy to handle for both right- and left-handers. This double-sided sharpened knife is used in Asian cuisine to prepare vegetables, fish and meat. Not dishwasher safe.
