NKD Santoku 165 is Nordic knife designs first kitchen knife blank. The blade follows traditional Japanese santoku lines while the handle have more similarities with the traditional nordic knife history.
The blade is made out of stainless 12C27, a classic stainless steel for kitchen knives.
